Cancellation and Refund Policy
PHPDEFEND believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

If you bought a yearly License – you will receive free major updates and upgrades whether your license will be active. If you bought Lifetime license:- You will get free minor update upto one year or whether we will not change our major updates, What will be earliar.
Major Upgrades
Major upgrades are indicated by a change in the product version number. So an upgrade from 5.x to 6.x is a major upgrade. Major upgrades usually have a significant amount of improvements and new features. Therefore, you will have to pay Full List Price or a discounted price by us if you want to take advantage of a major update or version upgrade

We grant you License deactivation facility for repair your PC, not For rent our application or use our application on multiple PC, Our evry 1 and 5 years license grant you 5 time license deactivation facility and life time license grant you 12 time deactivation facility in your entire license time (Every normal deactivation consume 1 deactivation point).
